MCR and EVMS Radiologists attend 2025 ACR Annual Meeting

MCR Radiologists Jose Morey, MD, Adam Specht, MD, FACR, and Peter Van Geertruyden, MD, FACR attended the 2025 American College of Radiology (ACR) Annual Meeting as representatives for the Virginia Radiological Society (VRS). They were joined by Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) Radiology Residents Laura Columbus, MD, Shri Chitta, MD, and Philip Olivares, MD. Together, they enjoyed engaging with radiologists from all over the country to discuss pressing issues including appropriate utilization of advanced imaging. The meeting culminated with a visit to lawmakers on Capitol Hill to advocate for the specialty of Radiology.
